Welgen One works to make preventive health services more accessible to people and communities across the United States. Our mission is especially focused on underserved communities, people experiencing homelessness, and those who face barriers to quality healthcare. We bring mobile programs, education, and trusted partnerships closer to where people live, work, and gather.
Welgen One was created to simplify a complex healthcare system. We bring people, programs and technology together so individuals and communities can find the support they need with greater confidence.
Our focus is on clearer information, stronger connections and a more organized path to care.
Good health should not depend on proximity to a traditional healthcare setting. Cost, transportation, time, and a lack of trusted local resources can keep people from getting support early.
Welgen One was created to help close those gaps. We work with community organizations, churches, nonprofits, employers, and local partners to bring preventive services into familiar spaces. Our approach adapts to the needs of each community and aims to make participation convenient, welcoming, and culturally responsive.
We believe meaningful prevention begins with understanding the factors that contribute to health challenges. Rather than focusing only on symptoms after they appear, our functional and preventive approach emphasizes screening, education, personalized insights, and ongoing support.
This perspective helps individuals ask better questions, make informed choices, and connect with appropriate healthcare professionals and resources. It also guides how we develop programs with the communities we serve.
Welgen One organizes its community-focused work around three complementary brands. Together, they connect preventive screening with ongoing monitoring, wellness education, employer programs, and community engagement.
From a first screening to longer-term support, these brands reflect Welgen One’s preventive approach: look beyond symptoms, consider contributing factors, and help people stay connected to the resources they need.

WellScreen brings community-based mobile diagnostic and preventive screening to neighborhoods, workplaces, and local events. By working with churches, nonprofits, employers, and other community organizations, it helps people access screening and health information closer to home.
