Welgen One

Effective date: September 22, 2026
Last reviewed: September 22, 2026

Welgen Global Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Welgen One (“Welgen One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to making our website, digital content, healthcare information, and online services accessible to people with disabilities.

We believe people should be able to access information and services regardless of disability, assistive technology, or method of interaction.

Our Accessibility Goal

Welgen One is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA, commonly referred to as WCAG 2.2 AA.

WCAG is an internationally recognized set of recommendations developed by the World Wide Web Consortium to improve the accessibility of websites and digital content for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Our accessibility work is ongoing. A statement that we are working toward WCAG 2.2 AA should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, feature, document, or third-party service currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion.

Accessibility Measures

As part of our continuing accessibility efforts, Welgen One may take measures such as:

  • Using clear page titles, headings, labels, and content structure
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Using sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate important information
  • Supporting keyboard navigation where reasonably possible
  • Providing visible keyboard focus indicators
  • Using descriptive links and button labels
  • Associating form fields with meaningful instructions and labels
  • Identifying required form fields in more than one way
  • Providing understandable form validation and error messages
  • Supporting text resizing and responsive layouts
  • Using readable typography and appropriate spacing
  • Adding captions, transcripts, or other alternatives to multimedia when appropriate
  • Avoiding content that flashes in a way that could trigger seizures
  • Reviewing documents and downloadable materials for accessibility
  • Testing key pages with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and assistive technologies
  • Considering accessibility when selecting website plugins, software, vendors, and third-party services
  • Training relevant personnel and content contributors on accessibility practices

Healthcare Information and Effective Communication

Welgen One recognizes that accessible communication is especially important when providing healthcare and wellness information.

If you cannot access health-related information, appointment instructions, registration materials, consent forms, screening information, or another digital resource, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information through an accessible alternative format or communication method.

Depending on the circumstances, alternative formats or assistance may include:

  • Accessible electronic text
  • A readable paper copy
  • Telephone assistance
  • Assistance completing a form
  • Large-print materials
  • Captioned or transcribed content
  • Another reasonable communication method

Requests will be evaluated individually based on the requested information, available technology, applicable law, and the person’s communication needs.

Website Compatibility

The Welgen One website is intended to work with current versions of commonly used web browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies.

Accessibility may be improved by:

  • Using the most recent stable version of your browser
  • Keeping your operating system and assistive technology updated
  • Enabling browser accessibility features
  • Using browser zoom or text-resizing controls
  • Enabling captions or transcripts when available

Older browsers, unsupported operating systems, unusual browser configurations, or certain combinations of assistive technologies may not provide an optimal experience.

Known and Potential Limitations

Although we continue to improve accessibility, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Potential limitations may include:

  • Older pages or archived content created before current accessibility practices were adopted
  • Older PDF files or downloadable documents
  • Videos that do not yet include complete captions or transcripts
  • Complex charts, medical illustrations, or infographics
  • Third-party forms, portals, maps, scheduling systems, payment tools, or embedded content
  • Content provided by outside organizations
  • Temporary issues introduced during website maintenance or software updates

We welcome reports of specific barriers so we can investigate and prioritize appropriate remediation.

Third-Party Services

The website may link to or display services operated by independent third parties, including patient portals, scheduling systems, payment processors, laboratories, maps, videos, social-media platforms, insurance resources, and other external websites.

Welgen One does not control every aspect of an independent third party’s accessibility. We encourage our vendors and service providers to offer accessible experiences and consider accessibility when selecting and reviewing third-party technology.

If you experience difficulty using a third-party feature accessed through our website, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the relevant information or service through another available method.

Documents and Downloadable Materials

Welgen One may offer documents in PDF or other downloadable formats. Some older documents may not be fully compatible with every screen reader or assistive technology.

If you need a document in another format, contact us and identify the document, webpage, or information you need. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.

Accessibility Testing and Review

Welgen One may evaluate accessibility through a combination of:

  • Automated accessibility testing
  • Manual review
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Screen-reader testing
  • Color-contrast review
  • Responsive-layout testing
  • Review of forms, menus, and interactive controls
  • Feedback from website users

Automated testing alone cannot identify every accessibility issue. We therefore treat accessibility as an ongoing process involving design, development, content review, testing, and user feedback.

Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Welgen One website or need assistance using an online feature, please contact us.

When possible, include:

  • The webpage address or URL
  • A description of the problem
  • The information or service you were trying to access
  • The browser and device you were using
  • The assistive technology you were using, if applicable
  • Your preferred method of contact

You are not required to disclose a diagnosis or provide unnecessary medical information when reporting a website accessibility issue.

We will review accessibility reports and respond within a reasonable period. The time needed to resolve an issue may depend on its complexity, the involvement of a third-party provider, and the availability of an accessible alternative.
